What do I do if I erased the BACKUPKEY software?
|

|
|
Don't panic! If you've only erased the software, any data on your drive is still safe. |
|
|
To access your data immediately, go to "My Computer" (in Vista, "Computer") on any Windows computer.
Look for your BACKUPKEY drive (usually E: or F:), then go to the folder
BACKUPKEY.
Under that folder is all of your data, organized by computer name. |
|
|
If you have only lost some of the program files from your
BACKUPKEY, no problem.
Download them from
our download page.
If the license file is missing (the software will only run in Trial Version mode),
contact us and we will work with you to get everything running again.
You will need a copy of your sales receipt. |
